Look at this guy running out of the batter's box like he just remembered he left the oven on at home. The Mets claimed him "ahead of the 2026 season" but based on that follow-through, I'm guessing every other team passed because they thought he was auditioning for a golf tournament. At least his hair looks ready for the team photo, which is apparently more important than actually making solid contact.
