Look at this kid swinging like he's battling aliens in some cheesy sci-fi movie! They got him posed in front of what looks like a UFO invasion with all that dramatic lighting – probably thinks he's the star of his own action film. Back in my day, baseball cards showed players actually playing baseball, not auditioning for Independence Day 3!

Wetherholt's bat can move faster than fear, slicing the ball through gaps in the defense and sparking rallies in an instant. He covers ground on defense, steals bases with menacing speed and never gives pitchers a moment's peace. In 2024, JJ batted .295 with an OBP of .405 in Single-A. This advanced hitter attacked all pitch types and stayed composed as he worked 16 walks and struck out only 15 times.
