Drake plays receiver like a power forward, boxing out, snatching jump balls and grinning while doing it. He turns routine slants into bulldozer runs and 50/50 throws into highlights, making games feel like his aerial playground. On October 13, 2025, London had 10 grabs for 158 yards and a score vs. Buffalo.

The Falcons' Brian Robinson believes London is quite simply the fiercest wide receiver in the NFL. "You see a guy actually want to destroy shots on the field, no matter who he's going up against," Robinson said. "Like, the dude is different."

Drake is a physical wideout with basketball-like body control. A former two-sport athlete at USC, London uses spatial awareness and hops to dominate at the catch-point. His ability to separate through leverage has made him a reliable chain-mover.

Generally calm and cool, a switch flips once London steps between the lines. "I really run off of respect," he said. "If I feel like the peer across from me or somebody's not respecting me in the sense of I can play football or just me as a person, then I take that to heart … then I use that as fuel to go even harder."

Drake had a most for the end zone when the Falcons took on the Patriots in Week 9 of the 2025 season, hitting paydirt three times while the feeling in nine passes for 118 yards. London was lethal near the goal line, pulling down late third touchdown, a dunk 8-yarder on fourth down.

Drake is a physical specimen unleashed on a football field, a matchup nightmare for cornerbacks because of his elite ability to turn 50/50 balls into something more like 90/10. He bullies corners on slants, flips his hips with finesse and turns routine plays into his own personal highlight audition.

The Falcons are a good running team. London is a big reason, if you ask them. "When you send Drake in there to go get people," coach Raheem Morris said, "he goes and get them. … He's at the focal point of our run game about 90 percent of the time." And of course, he has the same impact on the pass game.

After two seasons in a run-heavy scheme, London was unleashed in his third season in 2024. The results were 100 receptions, 1,271 yards and nine TDs, all career highs for the USC product. He became the third Atlanta player to reach all those benchmarks, joining Terance Mathis (1994) and Roddy White (2010).

Drake put the finishing touches on a spectacular 2024 campaign in the regular-season finale against the Panthers. Targeted 18 times, London hauled in 10 passes for a career-high 184 yards and two touchdowns to help send the game to overtime. He finished fourth in the NFL with 1,271 receiving yards, becoming Atlanta's first 1,000-yard wideout since 2020.

A dynamic weapon, Drake played a massive role in the Falcons' 24-14 win over Buffalo on October 13, 2025. London hauled in 10 of 16 targets, as Atlanta leaned on him. The fourth-year pro totaled 158 yards, including a 9-yard touchdown and a long gain of 39.
