You can tell just by looking at him that he's the type to run his beak all day, criticizing everyone else while contributing absolutely nothing. Probably squawks "back in my day" every five minutes despite being made of felt and disappointment.
About Potty the Parrot
Potty the Pirate's marionette sidekick and boon companion. Potty enjoyed seeing Patchy make a fool of himself. And Potty would never miss out on an opportunity to call out Patchy for his foolishness. However, the puppet bird was sometimes supportive of Patchy, as when he later underwent the Seven Trials of Monkey Lagoon in his quest to find the Lost Episode of SpongeBob SquarePants.
