Will Shields was one of those rock-solid offensive linemen who made the Kansas City Chiefs' offense click for over a decade. The guy was incredibly consistent, making 12 straight Pro Bowls from 1995 to 2006 and earning All-Pro honors twice. He was such a sure thing that the Chiefs' front office called him one of the easiest draft picks they ever made, and you can see why when he ended up in both the college and pro football halls of fame.
