Alek Thomas is one of those guys who might not fill up the stat sheet every night, but he shows up when it matters most. He made his name as a defensive wizard in center field with serious wheels, but D-backs fans will never forget that clutch pinch-hit homer he crushed in the 2023 NLCS. Down 5-3 in the eighth inning with their season hanging by a thread, Thomas tied it up and sparked the comeback that sent Arizona to the World Series.
