The Rockets binder’s got a solid mix of modern guys like Jalen Green and Amen Thompson, plus some Dream-era Hakeem because I’m not a monster. Mostly Donruss and Midnight stuff filling things out. With Houston’s young core actually looking like they know what a basketball is, next season should bring some promising rookies and plenty more cards worth tossing in here.

Both playoff runs ended in first-round exits (Warriors in seven games in 2025, Lakers in six in 2026), keeping the team's ceiling—and card valuations—in question despite the talent upgrade.
Where they stand: The 2025-26 season just concluded with the Rockets finishing 52-30 and fifth in the West before falling to the Lakers 4-2 in the first round. The team is now in the August 2026 offseason following key signings of Marcus Smart, Bogdan Bogdanovic, and Tari Eason while trading away Cam Whitmore, with GM Rafael Stone emphasizing internal development from young pieces like Amen Thompson and Jabari Smith Jr. alongside Durant entering his age-38 season.
