📣 DAD’S TAKEON JOE DELAMIELLEURE

Look at this guy – number 68, hunched over like he's posing for a senior portrait at the world's toughest high school. Six Pro Bowls and they couldn't get him to stand up straight for ONE card photo? I've seen better posture from guys carrying groceries into the house, and at least they're accomplishing something useful.

ABOUT JOE DELAMIELLEURE

Joe DeLamielleure was an absolute beast at offensive guard during the 1970s and early 80s, making six Pro Bowls and five All-Pro teams over his 13-year career. This Syracuse product was a cornerstone of those great Buffalo Bills teams that reached back-to-back AFC Championships in '74 and '75, opening up massive holes for O.J. Simpson's historic rushing seasons. He's definitely a Hall of Fame caliber lineman who doesn't get nearly enough recognition compared to the skill position guys from that era. His cards aren't super expensive since he doesn't have rookies in the major sets, but collectors who appreciate old-school football history really seek out his stuff. Look for his early 1970s cards in good condition since they're getting harder to find in decent shape.

A six-time Pro Bowl selection and a five-time All-Pro during his 13-year NFL career, Joe DeLamielleure was one of the premier offensive guards of the 1970s and early 1980s. The former Syracuse standout was a key member of Buffalo's offensive line during the team's back-to-back AFC Championship seasons in 1974 and 1975, helping pave the way for O.J. Simpson's record-breaking rushing performances.
