Base, parallels, numbered, autos — every Lenny Moore card Dad’s willing to part with.
Look at this guy cradling that football like it's a newborn baby he's afraid to drop. That horseshoe on his helmet must've been for good luck because with that death grip, he sure needed all the help he could get holding onto the ball. Swiss Army knife my foot – more like a guy who couldn't decide what position to play so he just did 'em all!
ABOUT LENNY MOORE
Oh man, Lenny Moore is a real gem for collectors who appreciate the old school Baltimore Colts. This guy was basically a Swiss Army knife on the field, playing halfback, flanker, and split end during his 12 seasons with Baltimore back in the day. He grabbed NFL Rookie of the Year honors in 1956 and eventually made it into the Hall of Fame in 1975, so you know he was the real deal. Since he doesn't have true rookie cards from his playing days, collectors usually focus on his early vintage issues from the late 50s and 60s. Look for high grade examples since those old cards can be tough to find in nice condition, and any autographed pieces really command a premium.
