THE LUKE JOECKEL COLLECTION
Base, parallels, numbered, autos — every Luke Joeckel card Dad’s willing to part with.
Look at this guy flexing after making a catch like he just won the Super Bowl. Kid's got "CORNHUSKERS" plastered right there on his chest – must be a different Joeckel because the one I remember couldn't block a stiff breeze in Jacksonville. And what's with that pose? You're a lineman, son, not a wide receiver doing a photoshoot for your Instagram.
ABOUT LUKE JOECKEL
Oh yeah, Luke Joeckel, that's a name that brings back some memories from the early 2010s draft hype. This guy was the second overall pick by Jacksonville in 2013 after absolutely dominating at Texas A&M, where he won the Outland Trophy as the best interior lineman in college football. He was one of those can't-miss offensive tackle prospects that had everyone talking, made team captain twice and started as a true freshman which almost never happens. The thing is, his NFL career didn't quite live up to that massive draft position, so his cards never really took off like you'd expect from such a high pick. You'll mainly find his stuff in the 2013 products, and since the hype died down pretty quick, even his numbered parallels can usually be had for reasonable prices.
