About Aeneas Williams
Aeneas Williams was a shutdown cornerback who spent most of his career with the Arizona Cardinals and became one of the most feared defensive backs of the 90s. The guy was a ball hawk who could turn defense into offense in a heartbeat, like when he scored his first NFL touchdown on a fumble recovery against New Orleans back in '93. Williams made a career out of picking off passes and taking them to the house, which is exactly what collectors love about defensive players. His cards don't carry that rookie premium since he doesn't have true rookie cards, but look for his early 90s issues and any numbered parallels from his prime years.
In Week 19 of 1993, his third season in the league, Williams scored his first touchdown with a 20-yard fumble return against the Saints. He did have to wait long to find the end zone again.

Dad’s Take on Aeneas Williams
Look at this guy crouched down like he's about to pounce on a fumble – which apparently he had to wait until his THIRD season to score with! That red and white uniform looks sharp enough, but if you're gonna pose like a hungry linebacker, maybe don't take three years to find the end zone, Aeneas. At least he's got his gloves on ready to actually catch something this time!
