JOE BURROW — COLLEGE DAYS
College-era cards of Joe Burrow from draft picks and collegiate sets.
Look at this guy with his perfectly sculpted hair and that serious "I'm contemplating the mysteries of the universe" stare. Kid looks like he spends more time in front of a mirror than studying game film, but I suppose when you're busy "gashing secondaries with tight spirals" you need to look pretty doing it. That hairdo probably has its own endorsement deal.
ABOUT JOE BURROW
Joe Burrow is the quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals, and this guy has been absolutely electric since coming into the league. He's the one who led Cincinnati to their first Super Bowl appearance in decades back in 2022, which was incredible to watch. By 2024 he was really hitting his stride, throwing for over 400 yards multiple times including a monster 428-yard, four-touchdown performance against Baltimore that had collectors buzzing. His cards have been red hot because he's proven he can perform on the biggest stage, and collectors love that Super Bowl pedigree. Look for his numbered parallels and autographed versions, those tend to hold their value really well with quarterbacks who can actually win big games.
On December 21, 2025, Joe threw for 309 yards (78.1%) with four touchdowns in a 45-21 win over Miami. He completed throws to eight different targets and had a perfect 158.3 passer rating on third down. During his 75th career game, Burrow became the third-fastest quarterback with 150 career TDs and fifth-fastest to surpass 20,000 passing yards.
Burrow started out in 2024, posting career highs and league bests in completions (450), attempts (516) and touchdowns (43). The performance made him the fourth player with three seasons of 4,000 yards and 30 TDs in his first five campaigns, along with Dan Marino, Peyton Manning and Josh Allen.
When Burrow took the stage to receive his second Comeback Player of the Year award on Feb. 6, 2025, he made a joke. "I wouldn't say this is necessarily an award you want to be nominated for two times," he said. But it's a testament to his grit. No matter how many times he gets knocked down, he gets back up.
Burrow quickly established his place among the best signal-callers in Bengals history. Balling out in 2024, he threw for a career- and NFL-high 4,918 yards. It was his third season with at least 4,400 yards and 30 TDs, making him the only QB in franchise history with multiple such campaigns in his first five seasons.
Joe has a demeanor as ice cold as his game, calmly dissecting defenses with a howitzer for an arm. Burrow's 43 touchdown passes in 2024 led the NFL, tied for the 10th-most in a season all-time and were the most since Tom Brady's 43-score effort in 2021. Joe led the league with 4,918 passing yards, winning NFL Comeback Player of the Year honors.
Burrow outdid himself in 2024. No, literally. Entering the season, the star signal-caller owned the Bengals' season record for passing yards per game with 288.2 (2021). Eclipsing that mark with another sensational campaign, he also paced the rest of his peers with a league-high 289.3 yards per game.
The touchdown master of 2024, Burrow topped the NFL in passing scores by delivering a career-best 43. That was part of a statistical trifecta for the Pro Bowl pick. He also paced the league in completions (460) and passing yards (4,918), also personal highs.
Joe returned late in the 2025 season and showed he didn't have much rust, tossing four TD passes in two of his first four games back. He did it against the Bills in early December and again two weeks later at Miami in the aftermath of Burrow became the first-fastest quarterback in his first 75 games.
Pick a throw, pick a drive, pick a game. Everything was noteworthy from Burrow's 2019 season at LSU. The superstar signal-caller produced a once-in-a-generation campaign thanks to his ability to make everything count. No mistakes and no wasted throws (and no losses) added up to greatness.
With Burrow, the Bengals offense is a roaring enterprise. In three of the first five seasons with him in town, Cincinnati ranked in the top 10 in scoring. In turn, all those points have added up to wins and winning seasons — 2024 was the fourth year in a row with a winning record for the team.
Joe led the NFL in passing yards (4,918) and touchdowns (43) in 2024. He was at his best while setting a league record with eight straight games of at least 250 aerial yards and three touchdown tosses. Burrow also became the second quarterback to complete 70% of his throws in multiple seasons.
Record-setting teammates at LSU, where they won a national title, Joe and Ja'Marr reunited in Cincinnati where the "continue the legacy" as Burrow became one of the league's top QBs in 2025. Burrow became one of four players to throw for 2 receiving triple crown.
Joe carries himself like a player who woke up already knowing the ending – cool, unbothered and always ready to deliver the dagger. He's a surgical passer best with the game on the line. "He's our engine, our source of energy," left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. says. "He's the face of our organization, man."
The star quarterback completed the 2023 season with 28-of-32 passes for 283 yards and three touchdowns while adding 143 yards on the ground in Cincinnati's 31-17 win.
Burrow can throw touchdown passes in batches, a point he drove home in 2024. The star quarterback had his first career five-touchdown day in a Week 5 matchup with Baltimore. He turned the trick again in Week 9, firing five more scoring strikes to fuel Cincy's 41-24 win over the Raiders.
Few players have a bigger impact on their team's fortunes than Burrow when he gets red hot. That's exactly what happened during a four-game win streak beginning in Week 5 of 2023. Cincinnati's star QB fired 10 touchdown passes with just two picks as the Bengals clawed back into the AFC playoff picture.
