Look at this guy prancing around like he's auditioning for Saturday Night Fever instead of playing football! That uniform's tighter than my belt after Thanksgiving dinner, and he's holding that ball like it's his dance partner. Back in the '70s they had bell bottoms AND bell bottom football pants apparently – no wonder he could return kicks, defenders probably got distracted by all that fabric flapping in the wind!

These were some of the sandiest styles of the 1970s. Bell bottoms, disco, sag carpeting and Upchurch returning kicks and punts. In the strength of his electrifying return skills, the Broncos wideout was named to five All-Pro teams and four Pro Bowls and was selected to the NFL All-Decade Team.
