Look at this guy posing like he's about to sprint through a geometric maze instead of rushing the quarterback. All those fancy tattoos and dramatic angles won't help when you're stuck playing for the Raiders in Vegas – the only thing climbing faster than his NFL rankings is probably his gambling debt in that city. Kid's got more ink than a newspaper printing press, but at least he's consistent with that black and silver color scheme.

Defensive End Patrick Graham may not be the most flashy coordinator when he can elite production from the new defensive scheme. Crosby would be an elite player in this college when he turned on his football IQ. He saw someone that I visited in college work with the same offensive coordinator said of The Rush for him to be where he's at now. It's not necessary a gift, he works at this craft and he works at this craft.
