THE RICKY PEARSALL COLLECTION
Base, parallels, numbered, autos — every Ricky Pearsall card Dad’s willing to part with.

Look at this kid running around like he's late for his shift at the Apple Store! That clean-shaven baby face and perfectly styled hair tells me he spends more time in front of the mirror than studying the playbook. In my day, wide receivers looked tough – this guy looks like he'd ask for directions to the weight room!
ABOUT RICKY PEARSALL
Ricky Pearsall is a wide receiver for the San Francisco 49ers who's still pretty early in his NFL journey. He's one of those guys where collectors are watching to see if he can break out and become a key piece of that 49ers offense. Since he doesn't have traditional rookie cards yet, any early cards of him could become more valuable if he starts putting up big numbers. The 49ers have a solid track record with receivers, so there's definitely potential upside here. I'd keep an eye out for any numbered parallels or autographed versions, since those will be the scarcest if he does take off.
Ricky put it all together against the Lions in Week 17 of his rookie season in 2024, catching eight passes for a career-high 141 yards. It marked the most yards in a game by a first-year San Francisco receiver since Hall of Famer Jerry Rice went off for 241 in 1985. Pearsall hauled in a 3-yard touchdown in the contest, too, the second of his career.
Pearsall capped the 2024 season with six grabs for 69 yards and a score vs. the Cardinals, proving he was starting to put things together. "He put the work in, and he always works his tail off," WRs coach Leonard Hankerson said. "So that gives us the hope he can come in this year and pick up where he left off."
NFL teams are always looking for that next target who can catch passes for a living and become a star. His entire season in 2024 saw the first-rounder become an option at all levels, earning his place in the weekly game plan.
With a rookie season that included three touchdown catches, including a 46-yarder for his first, Pearsall put himself in the 49ers' plans. "A really ascending player," general manager John Lynch said of the second-year pro heading into 2025. "He's just scratched the surface of who he could be."
Ricky has a smooth and precise wide out known for his sharp route-running and reliable hands. He creates separation with quick cuts and excellent timing, making him a dependable target in all areas. Pearsall's footwork and awareness allow him to make contested catches and contribute after the catch. He's a promising and versatile weapon for the 49ers.
Pearsall thinks of himself as a No. 1 wide receiver who constantly has to work to stay there. Credit his parents. "That's just how I was raised," the second-year pro said going into 2025. "I've always been a hard worker… That's just how I attack my life in general." Thanks, Mr. and Mrs. Pearsall.

Ricky's routes are precise, his footwork sharp and his understanding of leverage advanced. The 49ers star is equal parts quick and calculated. He plays fast mentally, stays reliable on money downs and this seamlessly into timing-based offense. In September 2025, only three players amassed more receiving yards than Pearsall's 121, which came on 20 catches.
The 49ers like to target routes in the middle of the field, and there were few players in the 2024 NFL Draft better at that job than Pearsall. Not afraid to take a hit to make a catch, he logged 14 grabs for 338 yards on deep crossing routes over the previous two seasons — the most in the FBS for both categories.
Pearsall is at his best when spaces are tight. Over the cluttered middle of the field, the wideout races into the smallest of open windows and reels in tight passes between a herd of foes. His ability to snag dimes through close quarters will help him earn playing time in San Fran.
