In my day, we just put the bubble wand in our mouth and blew – we didn't need a full interpretive dance routine to make soap suds!
About Bring it Around Town
When SpongeBob and Patrick built a bubble stand and charged customers money to blow bubbles for them, SpongeBob taught Patrick his patented bubble-blowing technique, which involved various gesticulations, double-takes, pelvic thrusts, and other motions and mannerisms including the "bring it around town" motion, all of which one had to perform prior to actually blowing a bubble.
