Look at this yellow goofball with his arms stretched out wide like he's conducting some kind of underwater orchestra! Of course SpongeBob thinks imagination is better than TV – easy to say when you look like a kitchen sponge that escaped from under the sink. Poor Squidward just wanted to watch his stories in peace, but no, he's got to deal with this overly enthusiastic square pants wearing his feelings on his sleeve like some kind of sea creature life coach!
About Imagination
Squidward just wanted to grab the TV. SpongeBob had just thrown out and spend the day watching it. But SpongeBob tried to convince Squidward that he didn't need TV. "Why, with your imagination, SpongeBob explained, you could be anything from a pirate to a football player!" But even after that impassioned plea on behalf of imaginative play, Squidward still simply wanted to watch TV.
