Oh great, a fancy neon sign with more lightbulbs than a Vegas casino just to welcome people to some rocks sticking out of the water. Back in my day, if you wanted to learn karate you went to a strip mall dojo next to a Subway, not some tourist trap island that probably charges you twenty bucks just to step on the sand. This looks like something a theme park would build after they ran out of actually good ride ideas.
