Look at this show-off in her fancy space suit, waving at everyone like she's some kind of underwater astronaut! Back in my day, if you couldn't breathe underwater, you just didn't go underwater – we didn't need all this high-tech gear just to hang out with a talking sponge. And what's with that goofy buck-toothed grin? She looks like she's about to ask me to fund her next "brilliant invention" that'll probably just blow up in everyone's faces!
About Sandy Cheeks
Spunky and brave, Sandy Cheeks was one of SpongeBob's friends. Since she was a squirrel who breathed air, whenever Sandy left her watertight, air-filled residence, the Treedome, she needed to wear a special pressurized suit complete with an air helmet. This was what allowed her to breathe underwater. Sandy was also known for her brilliant inventions, such as a molecular separator ray and a teleporter.
