Talk about persistence paying off! Now he's working his way up the depth chart in Los Angeles, and honestly, given his track record of overcoming long odds, I wouldn't bet against him making it as an NFL starter. His rookie cards are still pretty affordable right now, but collectors are definitely keeping an eye on the numbered parallels since his underdog story makes him such a fan favorite.
Rising up the depth chart and eventually becoming the starter for the Rams wouldn't be anything crazy for Bennett. He's used to taking the steady path to stardom. In college, the QB walked on at Georgia, transferred to Jones College, then returned to Athens and led back-to-back natty runs.
