Michael enjoyed a career-best year in 2023 with 109 receptions, becoming the first Colts player to hit triple digits since Reggie Wayne in 2012. It was the most catches by an Indianapolis receiver since Marvin Harrison had a then-NFL-record 143 balls in 2002. Pittman tied Harrison for a different Colts mark, making eight-plus grabs in six straight games.

Michael consistently tormented the Titans' secondary with clutch grabs in tight coverage in Week 13 of the 2023 season. Pittman finished with 11 catches for 105 yards. His 4-yard touchdown from Gardner Minshew in overtime sealed the Colts' 31-28 victory.

In addition to being a playplay receiver, Pittman has a reputation for toughness. He'll make the clutch catch against any coverage, *puts* my favorite receiver out there.* Colts teammate Zaire Franklin said. *He plays the game how it's supposed to be played…He takes pride in being the toughest out there.*

A man of many interests, Pittman is learning to fly a plane and operates a 43-acre farm outside of Indianapolis. Those hobbies don't stop him from also shouldering a heavy workload in the Colts' passing game. He saw 111 targets in 2024, marking the fourth consecutive campaign he reached triple digits.
