Josh Palmer's one of those interesting international stories you don't see too often in the NFL, a Toronto native who made his way through Florida prep ball and the SEC before landing with the Chargers. He's been steadily developing as a receiver and really showed his big-play ability in 2023, averaging over 15 yards per catch which caught a lot of people's attention. Palmer's appeal to collectors is that he's still flying under the radar compared to some of the flashier names, but he's got the talent and opportunity in that Chargers offense to break out. Since he doesn't have true rookie cards from his draft year, his early base cards and parallels from his second season onward are what collectors focus on. Look for his numbered parallels and any autographed versions, especially if he takes that next step this season.
A native Canadian who went to prep school in Florida then played in the SEC before reaching the NFL. Palmer proved himself at multiple levels of elite football. The Toronto-born wide receiver entered his fourth year in the league in 2024 coming off a career-high 15.4 yards per catch for the Chargers.
