Look at this kid running around like he's escaping from something – probably the reality that he went to Liberty University and plays for the Patriots! That mouthguard hanging out makes him look like he's drooling, and don't get me started on those sleeves that are tighter than my wallet after Christmas shopping. From sixth-round pick to "key piece" – yeah, and I'm the key piece holding this family together, but you don't see me bragging about it on a football card!

Douglas' role increased as the 2023 season progressed. The slot receiver had one of his best showings when the Patriots took a trip to Germany to play the Colts in Week 10. He was targeted nine times and led the team in receiving while setting new career highs in both receptions (six) and yards (84).
