📣 DAD’S TAKEON JOE MORRIS

Look at this guy running around like he's late for his shift at the local diner. Number 20 in a uniform so baggy it looks like he raided his older brother's closet – no wonder they had to mention his "shifty footwork," he's probably just tripping over all that extra fabric. And what's with that helmet stripe? Looks like someone drew it on with a marker during halftime.

ABOUT JOE MORRIS

Joe Morris was the engine that powered the Giants' Super Bowl run in 1986. This guy had incredible vision and could make defenders miss in a phone booth, racking up over 300 yards and four touchdowns in that playoff run alone. He put together an All-Pro season that year and was one of the most underrated backs of the 1980s. Since he doesn't have true rookie cards, his second-year issues from 1983 are what collectors chase, and those can still be found at reasonable prices compared to some of his contemporaries.

Morris stood 5-foot-7 and came out of small-town Ayer, Mass. But he brought a big game to the nation's biggest city. This workhorse running back was a New York fan favorite during the 1980s. He led the league in rushing TDs (21) during his First Team All-Pro year of 1985 and earned a ring for Super Bowl XXI.

— 2025 SCORE

A key contributor in New York's offense in the 1980s, Morris was a determined runner with premium vision and shifty footwork. After posting an All-Pro effort in the regular season, he continued to churn out yards throughout the 1986 playoffs. He led all rushers with 313 yards and four TDs en route to a Super Bowl title.
