The Giants made the playoffs in 2022 with a 9-7-1 record but collapsed to 6-11 in 2023, then bottomed out at 3-14 in 2024 and 4-13 in 2025. Saquon Barkley's 2024 offseason departure to the Eagles devastated collectors as he rushed for over 2,000 yards in Philadelphia while Giants cards tumbled. Meanwhile, rookie Malik Nabers emerged as a star in 2024 with 1,204 receiving yards and 109 receptions, driving card interest, though he's now recovering from a torn ACL and meniscus that required two surgeries. The team drafted Penn State linebacker Abdul Carter third overall in 2025, and head coach Brian Daboll was fired mid-season in 2025.

Where they stand: The Giants hired John Harbaugh as head coach this offseason and are in training camp in West Virginia as of August 2026. They drafted Ohio State linebacker Arvell Reese fifth overall and signed veteran linebacker Tremaine Edmunds in free agency, while bringing in Odell Beckham Jr. in June and handing the quarterback job to Jaxson Dart, Brandon Allen, or Jameis Winston. Their first preseason game is August 15 against the Vikings, and the regular season opens September 13 at home against Dallas.
