ST. LOUIS RAMS
The Greatest Show on Turf is long gone, but I keep adding to the pile whenever I rip boxes with St. Louis throwbacks. You’ll find plenty of Kurt Warner, Isaac Bruce, and Steven Jackson in Chrome, Prizm, and Donruss Optic flavors. The Rams may be in LA now, but the vintage St. Louis cards keep showing up every time I crack old product.
The Rams went 12-5 in 2025 and advanced to the NFC Championship Game before falling 31-27 to Seattle, marking their deepest playoff run since their 2021 Super Bowl victory. Cooper Kupp's offseason departure to Seattle opened the door for Puka Nacua to fully take over as WR1, and his 129-catch, 1,715-yard, 10-touchdown All-Pro campaign drove collector interest in his cards skyward while Kupp's value shifted to a different market. The team's playoff run and Matthew Stafford's first-team All-Pro selection kept veteran Rams cards relevant, while rookie edge rusher Jared Verse's Pro Bowl season added a new name to watch.
Where they stand: The 2026 season represents the tenth year under head coach Sean McVay, with the Rams looking to improve on last year's 12-5 record. The offseason brought major changes as offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur left to become Arizona's head coach, and the front office made a blockbuster move acquiring Myles Garrett from Cleveland after trading for cornerback Trent McDuffie mid-season in 2025. With training camp underway as of early August, the team is managing veteran workloads carefully while Nacua enters a contract year and the roster appears positioned as a legitimate contender.
