Sure, DeMario Douglas says he's all about leadership and perfect routes, but I see a diva receiver who probably spent more time fixing his helmet hair than actually catching passes. By the time you're teaching young guys "depth on routes," it usually means you're one hamstring pull away from becoming a position coach!
