Things got tight for the Rams late in a 2019 season-opening game in Carolina. The Panthers climbed within 23-20 of the defending NFC champs in the fourth quarter only to see Goff loosen things up again with a key touchdown toss. He put L.A. in control again with a late scoring strike to Tyler Higbee.
