So Jaylin Noel is a wide receiver for the Houston Texans who's been working his way up through the system. He's one of those guys who keeps things balanced off the field, spending time golfing and fishing to stay mentally sharp during the grind of the season. Collectors are starting to pay attention because he's got that versatility and work ethic that can translate into breakout potential with the Texans. Since he doesn't have true rookie cards yet, his early base cards are pretty affordable right now, but keep an eye out for any numbered parallels or autographs if he starts making noise on Sundays.

It\'s easy to applaud Noel without even talking about his pass-catching talents. The Iowa State standout deservedly earns praise for his work as an ace return man, pumping out high-quality sprints on kickoffs and punts. In 2024, he claimed Big 12 Co-Special Teams Player of the Year.

Noel plays other sports when away from the field. "I'm into golf," he told Sports Illustrated. "I picked up golf while I was at Iowa State. Not much to do in Ames. … I also like to fish. Fishing is something that takes my mind away from football, it's very peaceful. Put a line in the water and be able to just chill out there."

Upon arrival at Iowa State as a freshman, Noel started catching passes and kept at it. He had a 46-game streak of receptions after catching eight for 117 yards and a TD vs. Miami in the Dec. 28, 2024 Pop-Tarts Bowl. It was the second-longest streak in school history and third-longest active run in the country.
